[국내논문] 의미증진 프로그램이 우리나라 대학생의 삶의 의미에 미치는 효과: 체계적 문헌고찰

본 연구는 우리나라에서 연구된 대학생 대상 의미증진 프로그램의 효과에 관한 문헌을 융합적으로 살펴보고 대학생 대상의 의미증진 프로그램의 내용적 형식적 특성과 의미증진 효과를 분석하기 위하여 실시되었다. 2021년 5월까지 국내에서 출판된 연구논문과 학위논문 중 대학생의 의미증진을 목적으로 한 연구를 대상으로 문헌을 수집하였다. 2021년 6월 10일부터 20일까지 6개의 데이터베이스를 사용하여 '의미요법' OR '로고테라피' OR '의미치료' OR '삶의 의미' OR '의미'로 검색을 실시하였다. 최종 선정된 논문은 7편을 두 명의 독립된 연구자가 표준화된 도구를 사용하여 비뚤림 위험과 연구의 질평가를 수행하였다. 7편의 의미증진 프로그램은 모두 대학생의 삶의 의미 발견에 효과가 있었으며, 단일중재와 병합중재 모두 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대학생 대상 의미증진 프로그램의 효과크기 분석을 위해서는 향후 무작위 대조군 실험연구가 시행될 필요가 있다.
