퍼지 종합 평가를 활용한 노인 친화형 공원 만족도 분석

본 연구는 중국 대리시의 근린공원인 얼허공원(洱河公園)을 대상으로 공원 내 환경요소들이 노인의 만족도에 미치는 영향 요인을 도출하고 만족도를 분석하여 개선 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 먼저 노인을 대상으로 한 공원 및 외부 공간의 환경 평가와 관련된 선행연구를 통해 평가 지표를 선정하였으며, 설문조사와 요인분석을 실시하여 영향 요인을 도출하였다. 다음으로 노인들의 만족도를 알아보기 위해 퍼지 종합 평가를 실시하였으며, 개선 방안을 제시하기 위한 중요도와 성취도분석(IPA) 을 수행하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 요인분석을 통해 공원 환경요소들을 시설적합성 및 쾌적성, 이용편의성 및 안전성, 자연쾌적성, 도로편의성 4가지로 유형화하였다. 이를 바탕으로 얼허공원 환경요소에 대한 전체 만족도 등급은 만족과 보통 사이로, 자연쾌적성의 등급은 만족이고 시설적합성 및 쾌적성, 이용편의성 및 안전성의 등급은 보통으로, 도로편의성의 등급은 만족에 가깝게 나타났다. IPA 분석 결과 중요도는 높지만 만족도가 낮아 중점 개선이 필요한 항목은 휴게시설의 적절성, 편익시설의 적절성, 시설의 관리 상태, 진입의 안전성, 조명시설로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 노인 친화형 공원을 신설하거나 재정비할 때 활용 가능한 기초자료를 제공하여 만족도를 높이고자 하는데 의의가 있다.
