Purpose : This study aimed to investigate the effects of blended learning on learning satisfaction in nursing students. Methods : This study was conducted with 160 current nursing students in the department of nursing at K university located in city B. All students included in the study understood the purpose of the study and provided informed consent to participate. Data were collected between May 3 and July 9, 2021 and analyzed using SPSS/WIN 22.0. The frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were created, and t-test, ANOVA, and Scheffé test for post hoc analysis were performed. Correlations were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient. The factors influencing learning satisfaction were analyzed using multiple regression. Results : Significant differences were observed for academic stress according to the online classes environmental satisfaction (F=4.10, p=.001), online classes experience (t=4.11, p=.001) and self-directed learning ability according to the grade (F=4.10, p=.001), online classes environmental satisfaction (t=4.11, p=.001). The academic stress of nursing students who experienced blended learning was significantly negatively correlated with self-directed learning ability (r=-.480, p<.001), and learning satisfaction (r=-.236, p<.001). self-directed learning ability showed a significant positive correlation with learning satisfaction (r=.524, p<.001). The regression model for the factors affecting the learning satisfaction of the subjects was statistically significant (F= 3.027, p<.001). The major influential factors of learning satisfaction were grade (𝛽=.154, p=.013), satisfaction with school life (𝛽=.168, p=.032), and satisfaction with non-contact learning environment (𝛽=-.141, p=.028). The explanatory power was 28 %. Conclusion : These results indicate that it is necessary to reduce academic stress and increase self-directed learning ability to enhance learning satisfaction in nursing students through blended learning. In addition, the development and operation of a tailored intervention program is required to help improve learning satisfaction.

대상 데이터

본 연구는 B시 소재 대학에서 2020년도 2학기 및 2021년도 1학기에 간호학 전공교과목에서 대면과 비대면 수업이 혼합된 블렌디드 러닝을 경험한 간호대학생 1 ∼4학년을 대상으로 연구목적과 방법을 이해, 익명성 보장 및 연구 철회 가능 등을 설명하고 연구 참여에 동의하는 학생 210명을 대상으로 하였다
자료수집 기간은 2021년 5월 3 일부터 7월 9일까지였다. 설문지는 회수된 것 중에서 응답 내용이 불충분한 것을 제외한 160명의 자료를 최종분석하였다.

데이터처리

1) 대상자의 일반적 특성은 빈도와 백분율로 분석하였고, 학업스트레스, 자기주도적 학습능력, 학습 만족도 정도는 평균과 표준편차를 이용하여 분석하였다.
2) 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 학업스트레스, 자기 주도적 학습능력, 학습만족도의 차이는 t-test와 one-way ANOVA로 분석하였고, 사후검증은 Scheffe’s test를 이용하여 분석하였다.
3) 대상자의 학업스트레스, 자기주도적 학습능력, 학습만족도과의 상관관계는 Pearson correlation coefficient로 분석하였다.
4) 대상자의 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 multiple regression으로 분석하였다.

이론/모형

자기주도적 학습능력 측정은 Lee 등(2003)이 대학생/ 성인용으로 개발한 자기주도적 학습능력 도구를 사용하였다. 세부항목으로는 학습계획 20문항, 학습실행 15문항, 학습평가 10문항으로 총 45문항으로 구성되었다.
학습만족도란 간호학 전공 학생이 경험한 블렌디드러닝 수업이 자신의 기대와 부합하는지를 평가하는 것을 의미하며 Kim과 Park(2018)이 개발한 도구에서 블렌디드 러닝 만족도 문항을 수정·보완한 측정도구를 이용하였다
학업스트레스 측정은 Park과 Park(2012)이 개발한 학업 스트레스 도구를 사용하여 측정하였다. 이 도구는 부모로부터 받는 성적 스트레스(5문항), 수업 스트레스(5문항), 공부 스트레스(5문항)과 교사로부터 받는 성적 스트레스(5문항), 수업 스트레스(5문항), 공부 스트레스(5문항), 자기로부터 받는 성적 스트레스(5문항), 수업 스트레스(5문항), 공부 스트레스(5문항)으로 Likert 6점 척도로 점수가 높을수록 학업스트레스를 많이 받고 있는 것을 의미한다.

성능/효과

간호대학생의 학업스트레스와 자기주도적 학습능력 (r=-.480, p<.001), 학습만족도(r=.524, p<.001)는 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다
본 연구는 불렌디드 러닝을 경험한 간호대학생의 학업 스트레스, 자기주도적 학습능력, 학습만족도 간의 관계를 파악하고 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위해 시도되었다. 그 결과 학업스트레스와 자기 주도적 학습능력, 학습만족도는 부적 상관관계가 있으며, 자기주도적 학습능력과 학습만족도는 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 학년, 학교 생활만족도, 온라인 수업환경 만족도이었다.
대상자의 학업스트레스는 온라인 수업 환경 만족도 대상자의 학업스트레스는 평균 2.61±.92점이었으며, 자기주도적 학습능력은 3.43±.85점이었고, 학습만족도는 4.56±.60점으로 나타났다(Table 2).

85로 간호대학생을 대상으로 한 Lee 등(2020), Park과 Shin(2021), Kim 등(2021)의 연구보다 높게 나타났다. 자기주도적 학습능력은 학년, 온라인 수업환경 만족도에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 특히 4학년에서 자기주도적 학습능력이 높았는데 이는 학년이 올라갈수록 학습을 계획하고 실행하는 것과 결과에 대한 자기 성찰이 고취되기 때문으로 생각된다.
그 결과 학업스트레스와 자기 주도적 학습능력, 학습만족도는 부적 상관관계가 있으며, 자기주도적 학습능력과 학습만족도는 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 학년, 학교 생활만족도, 온라인 수업환경 만족도이었다. 본 연구 결과는 간호대학생의 학습만족도 함양을 위한 기초자료로 활용하며, 간호대학생의 학업스트스, 자기주도적 학습능력, 학습만족도 간의 관계를 확인하기 위한 반복연구가 필요하다.
92으로 간호대학생을 대상으 로 한 Song과 Kim(2020), Lim 등(2021), Seo(2021)의 연구 보다 조금 낮은 수준이었다. 학업스트레스는 온라인 수 업 경험 유무와 온라인 수업환경 만족도에서 유의한 차 이가 있었으며, 1, 2학년보다 3,4학년 학생에게서 학업스 트레스 정도가 낮게 나타났다. 일반적으로 간호대학생들 이 일반대학생보다 높은 학업스트레스를 받는 것은 여 러 선행연구 결과로 나타났지만(Oh, 2020; Ahn, 2021; Park, 2012), 전통적 수업 방식을 탈피한 다양한 수업 방 식의 참여에 따른 학업스트레스에 대한 연구는 부족하 여 향후 반복적으로 진행될 필요가 있으며, 그 결과에 따라 학업스트레스를 낮출 수 있는 방안들을 체계적으 로 마련할 필요가 있다.

후속연구

따라서 코로나 시대에 블렌디드 러닝을 경험하고 있는 간호대학생의 학습만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안들을 체계적으로 마련할 필요가 있으며, 비대면 수업의 다양한 방법에 대한 반복적인 연구가 필요하다.
001)는 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 학업스트레스를 낮추고 자기 주도적 학습능력을 높여 학습만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안들을 체계적으로 마련할 필요가 있다고 사료된다.

본 연구의 결과는 일부지역의 간호대학생을 대상으로 임의 편의추출 되었으므로 전체 간호대학생에게 일반화시키기에는 다소 무리가 있을 것이며, 추후 연구에서는 확대된 연구 변수와 대상자로 실시되어져야 할 것이다.
