본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 주관적 행복감의 정도를 알아보고, 학업스트레스, 자기효능감, 문제해결능력이 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구참여자는 B시 2개 대학의 간호대학생 348명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료분석SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 주관적 행복감은 41.91±9.53점이었다. 주관적 행복감은 학업스트레스(r=-.523, p<.001)와 부적상관관계, 자기효능감(r=.515, p<.001), 문제해결능력(r=.466, p<.001)과 정적상관관계를 나타냈다. 주관적 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학업스트레스(β=-.351, p<.001), 자기효능감(β=.255, p<.001), 문제해결능력(β=.132, p=.049)으로 나타났고, 설명력은 37.2%로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 간호대학생의 주관적 행복감을 향상하기 위하여 학업스트레스를 줄이고, 자기효능감과 문제해결능력을 높일 수 있는 다양한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
