[국내논문] 산림휴양복지 수요자에 대한 시장 세분화 연구

최근 소득수준 향상, 유연근무제 확산 등 다양한 이슈로 인하여 산림휴양복지에 대한 수요 및 이용 패턴의 변화가 발생하고 있다. 이에, 산림휴양·복지 시장 전반에 대한 세분화를 통해 각 유형별로 어떤 특성이 있는지 규명하고, 이에 따른 유형별 차별화된 정책 마련이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 잠재계층분석을 통하여 산림휴양·복지 활동 경험 유형을 4개의 그룹(소극적 이용형, 보통형, 적극적 애호가형, 무관심형)으로 세분화하고, 다항로짓모형을 이용하여 그룹 간 차이의 원인을 인구사회경제학적 특성을 통해 살펴본다. 연구 결과에 기반하여 3가지 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 산림휴양 복지를 경험하는 그룹이 세분화되어있다는 것이다. 둘째, 산림활동 경험 유형별 그룹을 구분 짓는 사회경제적 특성이 규명되었다는 것이다. 셋째, 산림휴양복지 경험을 높일 수 있는 정책적 대상 및 특성을 규명하였다는 것이다. 본 연구는 그룹별 차별화된 정책을 제시하고, 바람직한 그룹으로 이동할 수 있도록 정책수단을 제시한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
