[국내논문] 예비유아교사의 감사성향이 교사전문성에 미치는 영향: 창의적 인성의 매개효과

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 감사성향과 창의적 인성이 교사전문성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 목적을 두었다. 연구대상으로는 예비유아교사 421명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 뒤, 384명을 연구대상으로 Window용 PASW 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 예비유아교사의 감사성향과 창의적 인성이 교사전문성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 기술통계 및 Pearson 적률 상관분석, 중다회귀분석, Sobel Test를 이용한 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 첫째, 예비유아교사의 감사성향, 창의적 인성, 교사전문성의 인식 수준은 보통 보다 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 감사성향, 창의적 인성, 교사전문성 간에는 정적상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 감사성향이 창의적 인성을 매개로 교사전문성에 미치는 상대적 영향을 살펴본 결과, 창의적 인성 중 집요성이 가장 강력한 예측변인으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 예비유아교사의 교사전문성 향상을 위한 다양한 접근방법에서 감사성향과 창의적 인성이 효과적임을 규명하였고, 예비유아교사가 지녀야 할 교사전문성 함양을 위한 교육적 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.
