[국내논문] 공유리더십이 팀효능감과 팀조직시민행동, 이직의도에 미치는 영향

기업환경이 불확실해지고 복잡화되고 있는 상황에서 구성원들의 협력적이고 긍정적인 상호작용을 이끌어갈 리더십이 필수적이다. 즉, 구성원들이 자발적 리더십을 통해 의견을 공유하고 업무를 진행할 경우 불확실한 도전에 보다 효과적으로 대응하고, 목표하는 경영성과에 가까워진다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최근에 이슈가 되고 있는 공유리더십의 중요성을 밝히고자 한다. 공유리더십이 팀효능감과 팀조직시민행동, 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 부산 내 팀조직에서 근무하는 구성원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공유리더십이 팀효능감에 미치는 영향은 각각 계획과 조직화 0.202(C.R.=2.853), 문제해결 0.463(C.R.=5.620), 지원과 배려 0.237(C.R.=3.326), 개발과 멘토링 0.366(C.R.=5.132)으로 설정된 가설과 같이 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 팀효능감이 팀조직시민행동과 이직의도에 미치는 영향은 각각 0.545(C.R.=5.895), -0.143(C.R.=-0.817)로 팀효능감은 팀조직시민행동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 팀효능감은 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
