본 연구는 하브루타 학습법의 사용이 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력 및 자아존중감에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 시행되었다. 본 연구는 간호대학생 3학년 중 성인간호학 수업을 수강한 학생 93명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 2023학년 1학기 시작과 종료 시점에 2회 자가보고식 설문조사를 통해 수집되었고, SPSS 23.0 program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 하브루타 학습법을 사용한 간호대학생의 문제해결능력(t=3.31, p=.001), 자아존중감(t=2.84, p=.019), 문제해결능력의 9개 하위요소에서도 모두 유의하게 높았다. 그러나 의사소통능력(t=1.78, p=.079)은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구 결과로 하브루타 학습법이 간호대학생의 역량을 증진시키는 것으로 나타나 향후 하브루타 학습법의 적용이 확대되어야 할 것이며, 친구 가르치기와 문제 만들기 이외의 다양한 하브루타 학습법을 적용한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.
