[국내논문] Wee업무 상담전문인력의 직무스트레스가 소진에 미치는 영향 : 직무역량과 감성지능 매개효과 중심

본 연구는 Wee업무 상담전문인력의 직무스트레스, 직무역량, 감성지능이 소진에 미치는 영향과 직무역량, 감성지능의 매개효과를 파악하는 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 G도 지역의 Wee업무를 담당하고 있는 상담전문인력 104명으로, 2023년 2월부터 4월까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, 회귀분석, Sobel test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 Wee업무 상담전문인력의 직무스트레스와 직무역량은 소진에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 직무역량은 직무스트레스와 소진의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있었고, 설명력은 45.6%이었다(Z=2.96, p=.003). 또한 직무스트레스와 감성지능은 소진에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 설명력은 44.8%이었으며, 감성지능의 매개효과는 없었다. 이 결과를 기반으로 우리는 Wee업무 상담전문인력의 직무스트레스를 낮추고 직무역량과 감성지능을 향상시키는 중재가 소진감소에 기여할 수 있고, 또한 직무스트레스 감소 중재에 직무역량 향상을 위한 중재가 반드시 포함되는 체계적인 방안을 마련해야 함을 제안한다.
