[국내논문] 한의대생의 교육 만족도에 대한 영향 요인 연구

본 연구는 한의대생의 교육 만족도를 조사하고 교육 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사하였다. 총 372명의 설문조사 응답을 바탕으로 영역별 교육 만족도, 집단에 따른 교육 만족도 차이, 교육 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수를 탐색하였다. 연구결과, 교육과정, 교수자, 교육평가, 교육환경, 교육전체에 대한 만족도는 모두 평균적으로 '보통'과 '만족' 사이에 위치하였다. 또한, 성별과 유급경험에 따라 교육전체 만족도에 유의미한 차이가 있었며, 교육과정, 교육평가, 교육환경에 대한 만족도가 교육전체 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 본 연구는 한의대생의 교육 만족도를 다양한 영역과 도구를 통해 조사하고, 교육 만족도를 높일 수 있는 구체적인 교육 개선 방안을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 하지만 연구대상을 한 대학교의 재학생으로 한정하여 연구결과를 일반화할 수 없기 때문에 모집단을 대표할 수 있도록 연구대상의 범위를 넓혀 추후 연구를 수행할 필요가 있다. 또한, 학생 인터뷰를 통해 질적 자료를 수집하여 양적 자료를 보완하는 등 다각도로 자료를 수집하고 분석하여 학습자의 요구를 면밀히 파악할 필요가 있다. 본 연구를 통해 한의학교육의 발전을 위한 이론적 및 실천적 연구가 활성화되기를 기대한다.
