The vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the tail comprises two mutually parallel extendable tail beams mounted on opposite sides of the mast. 5. The vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the tail at its rear end carries two tail planes which in the riding condition of the vehicle are located at opposite sides of the cabin. 6. The vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the motor is for selectively driving the propeller or one or more of the wheels. 7. The vehicle according to claim 1 further comprising a control cable, wherein the tail is a telescopically extendable tail comprising at least one telescopic tail beam with an outer tube and an inner tube telescopically slidable within the outer tube; wherein the control cables is arranged within the tail beam for controlling at least one controlled member of a tail plane; andwherein the control cable comprises a first cable part, a second cable part, and a coupling arrangement coupling together the two cable parts such as to transfer pulling forces between the two cable parts in an extended condition of the tail and to allow relative axial displacement of the two cable parts in a retracted condition of the tail. 8. The vehicle according to claim 7, wherein the tail is retracted in the riding condition and extended in the flying condition. 9. The vehicle according to claim 7, wherein the first cable part is arranged within the outer tail tube; wherein the second cable part is arranged within the inner tube; andwherein the coupling arrangement comprises: a coupling tube fixed with respect to the inner tail tube; anda coupling block disposed axially displaceable within the coupling tube, the coupling block having a central axial bore extending therethrough;wherein the first cable part enters the coupling tube at one end thereof end extends through the bore of the coupling block;wherein the second cable part enters the coupling tube at a second end opposite the first end and is fixedly attached to the coupling block;wherein the first cable part at its end is provided with a stop;wherein the first cable part has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the bore while the stop has a diameter larger than the diameter of the bore. 10. The vehicle according to claim 9, wherein the second cable part comprises two or more mutually parallel cables fixedly attached to the coupling block on opposite sides of the bore. 11. The vehicle according to claim 9, wherein the coupling tube at its second end comprises a second plug with an axial bore having a diameter larger than the diameter of the stop. 12. The vehicle according to claim 11, wherein the axial bore of the second plug, at the side directed to the interior of the tube, has a funnel-shaped catch-in portion for catching and guiding the stop. 13. The vehicle according to claim 11, wherein the second cable part, over at least a part of its length, is accommodated within a guiding tube having an inner diameter larger than the diameter of the axial bore of the second plug, the guiding tube having its end received in a chamber of the second plug. 14. The vehicle according to claim 7, wherein the first cable part, over at least a part of its length, is accommodated in a tightly fitting sheath that is fixed with respect to the outer tail tube. 15. The vehicle according to claim 14, wherein the diameter of the bore is larger than the diameter of the sheath. 16. The vehicle according to claim 14, wherein the coupling tube at its first end comprises a first plug with an axial bore having a diameter larger than the diameter of the sheath. 17.
