Ⅳ. 연구개발결과
총 214점의 농식품자원 시료로부터 라이브러리용 1338여종, DB구축용 675종에 대하여 플라보노이드 화합물 정보를 수록하였다. 화합물명, 화학그룹명, 구조식, 분자량, 질량 및 UV 스펙트럼 패턴, 화학구조그림, 구조동정상태 함량정보, 함유 농식품자원, 관련 인용문헌을 포함한 종합적인 정보를 수록하였다. 신규화합물 196종을 확인하였고, 35종을 신규명명하였다.

Flavonoids as health-promoting compounds are widely distributed in flowers, fruits and leaves. Flavonoids as health-promoting compounds are widely distributed in flowers, fruits and leaves. These plant secondary metabolites play an important role in prevention of human diseases such as cancer, diabetes, inflammation as well as evaluate useful sources of functional food industry. The aim of this database is to provide comprehensive information of flavonoids including chemical library, quantitative and qualitative analysis data and references, etc.
The individual flavonoids were identified using UPLC-PDA-QTOF/MS on the basis of chemical library and internal standards (galangin, fluorescein). Total 675 flavonoids were identified from 214 samples of agro-food resources including Anacardiaceae, Araliaceae, Asteraceae, Brassicaceae, Cactaceae, Chenopodiaceae, Crassulaceae, Cucurbitaceae, Dennstaedtiaceae, Ebenaceae, Fabaceae, Gramineae, Labiatae, Liliaceae, Meliaceae, Moraceae, Rhamnaceae, Rosaceae, Rutaceae, Solanaceae and Theaceae families. From these resources, 35 species of flavonoids were new named and especially, common sage, soybean, mung bean, celery, spinach, lettuce, Japanese angelica, Chinese toon, houseleek, onion, pepper and jujube leaves were confirmed as the flavonoid rich sources.
Furthermore, this result is shown to be valuable information regarding resources of functional foods and drugs for common peoples and scientists. Finally, it is possible to establish metabolites mapping using chemometrics based on the flavonoid database and will be the foundation of compounds bank construction.
