Ⅳ. 연구개발결과
수리취, 눈개승마 등 주요산채류의 주요 용매별 추출물에서 항산화, 항염, 세포독성등 주요 기능성물질을 확인하였으며, 산지재배를 위하여 눈개승마, 참나물, 병풍쌈 등을 대상으로 하여 산지 재배시 적지적소 판단을 위한 기초자료를 분석하였다. 곰취, 수리취, 참취 등의 주요 산채류를 대상으로 하여 연중 생산시스템을 구축하였으며, 경영비 절감을 위한 재배기술 기초자료를 확보하였다.

This study conducted to develop a year-round seedling system, to shorten the growing season and to develop breeding experts in seedling industrialization for wild vegetables. In addition, we want to take advantage of new technologies that contribute to increasing productivity and incomes of wild vegetables cultivation. In case of producing wild vegetable seedlings in summer by rhizosphere cooling process and planting those seedlings in greenhouse, it is possible to harvest ordinarily in the following spring. Yields of Aster scaber and Cirsium setidens planting in autumn were similar to spring planting, but 11% of yields of Synurus deltoides reduced. Pleurospermum camtschaticum and Heracleum moellendorffii, bearing immature seeds, resulted in 78% seedling rate through tray seedling process. When the wild vegetable seedlings were treated by artificial light sources (LED, fluorescent), nursery days could be shortened depending on the proportion of artificial light sources and year-round production.were available. Reduced nursery days for seedlings are as follows ; each Ligularia fischeri 15, Cirsium setidens 16, Aster scaber 16, Aruncusdioicus 18days, respectly. As a result of comparison among some kinds of bed-soil to grow seedlings of Pleurospermum camtschaticum within long-term nursery periods, we selected the organic bed-soil made of earthworm cast proper to prevent lack of nutrients and to increase survival rate from 20% to 65%, so these promoted crop growth. As the seedlings, treated by fluorescent lights, planted in autumn, so the yields of Cirsium setidens and Synurus deltoides increased, on the contraryt the yields of Ligularia fischeri and Aster scaber slightly decreased. Synurus deltoides (Aiton) Nakai, belonging to the Compositae family, is an edible plant widely distributed in Northeast Asia. In this study, we examined the mechanisms underlying the immunomodulative effects of the ethanol extract of S. deltoides (SDE). The SDE extract strongly down-regulated the mRNA expression of the inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), and tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-α, thereby inhibiting the production of nitric oxide (NO), prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), and TNF-α in the lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells.
Furthermore, SDE also suppressed the nuclear translocation of the activation protein (AP)-1 and the nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB), and simultaneously decreased the phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated protein kinases (ERK), p38, and Akt. In agreement with the in vitro observations, the orally administered SDE ameliorated the acute inflammatory symptoms in the arachidonic acid-induced ear edema and the EtOH/HCl-induced gastritis in mice. Therefore, S. deltoides have a potential anti-inflammatory capacity in vitro and in vivo, suggesting the potential therapeutic use in the inflammation-associated disorders.
