This study analysed effects of social support, academic resilience, self-esteem on the 'university life adaptation' and the sub-factors of non-traditional students. A survey of 800 non-traditional students in Gwangju and Cheonnam area was carried out, 653questionnares were used on statistical analysis. First, the results analysing the differences of the 'university life adaptation' and the sub-factors of non-traditional students by personal background were that sex, age, the type of school, of work, and whether or not of marriage have meaningful differences except income. Second, the results analysing the effects of the 'university life adaptation' and the sub-factors of non-traditional student as follows. Self-esteem and social support of relationship in the workplace have positive effects on 'university life adaptation'. Self-esteem and social support of relationship in the workplace have positive effects on 'adaptation in psychological-physical', academic resilience and self-esteem on 'adaptation in the quality of education', academic resilience, social support of relationship in the university, and self-esteem on 'adaptation in relation with non-traditional student',self-esteem on 'adaptation in the study of university', self-esteem and social support of relationship in the workplace on 'adaptation in relation with traditional student', and social support of relationship in the workplace and self-esteem on 'adaptation in external situation'. Finally, this study suggested proposals to apply the inside and outside of university reflecting these results of this study.
