This study In order to analyze impact of hospital-choosing factors and medical-cosmetics service quality on customer satisfaction and return visit, this research conducted survey of 144 female and 147 male cosmetic surgery hospital customers(total of 291) age varying from 20 to 30 years old. Element analysis was conducted with hospital selection elements categorized into physical environment, human service, brand awareness and cost while service quality was classified into pre-treatment, during-treatment and post-treatment. The result indicated that prioritizing factors in selecting hospital was hospital brand awareness and human service for male and female customers respectively(p<0.001). In addition, group with high interest in cosmetic surgery prioritized hospital awareness while group with low interest prioritized human service(p<0.01). In service quality recognition, female customers considered service during-treatment the most while male customers recognized post-treatment service the most(p<0.001). Element of greatest impact on customer satisfaction was post-treatment service for both group with high interest in cosmetic surgery and the group with low interest(p<0.001). Satisfaction rate and willingness to revisit were all highly correlated with interest in cosmetic surgery(p<0.001). Major reason for hospital revisit was low cost for female customers(35.4%) while it was awareness of hospital and doctor for male customers(61.2%); cause for revisit was different by gender group(p<0.001). In short, the result indicated that different recognition on service quality depended on demographic characteristics and customers' interest on cosmetic surgery; furthermore, hospital choosing elements and medical cosmetics service quality affects customer satisfaction and willingness to revisit.
