The purpose of this study is to analyze the implications of experience theory on the implementation of Inclusive education in John Dewey’s educational philosophy. The study questions selected to achieve this objective are as follows. First, what are implications of John Dewey’s experience education theory for environment of Inclusive education? Second, what are implications of John Dewey’s experience education theory for teaching operation of Inclusive education? Third, what are implication of John Dewey’s experience education theory for support to students with disabilities of Inclusive education? In order to solve this research questions, the literatures concerning John Dewey’s own theories and theories proposed by his successors are explored. The conclusion of this study is as follows. First, John Dewey emphasizes educators as moral equality and experience growth to realize the potential of all children, starting with democratic education that guarantees all member interactions. Thus, in John Dewey’s educational ideas, democracy and moral equality should require active interactions between all non-disabled children and children with disabilities to make an educational environment that allows teachers to act as guides for growth of experience. Second, John Dewey emphasizes interest-based educational principles that manifests trial and error as a stepping stone of growth. In addition, Dewey emphasizes reflective thinking that thinking created by experience has a meaningful impact on the following experiences and problem solving methods. Thus, interest-based education in John Dewey’s experience education theory requires that teaching of Inclusive education should be organized, focusing on what children like, rather than worrying about what to teach. And reflective thinking requires that the assessment provide feedback on growth of children with disabilities and is used as a means of developing thinking for children with disabilities. Third, Dewey’s positive habits emphasize that children should be able to select and use the resources they need on their own to demonstrate unique capabilities to the community. Dewey’s ‘aesthetica’also explains that the separate experiences should evolve into unified experience, and collaborative inquiry emphasizes a democratic refinement and attitude of cooperation and communication. Therefore, Dewey’s experience education theory can be said that institutional and administrative support of Inclusive education should be implemented under the single concept of Inclusive education, and that the voluntary cooperation among the operators of Inclusive education should be formed to support children with disabilities. As above, John Dewey’s experience education theory implies that sharing of interests among members, making an educational environment to achieve common goals, respecting individual children’s interests and experiences and that education should be conducted accordingly. Thus, John Dewey’s experience education theory can be said to imply community’s experience growth education in which inclusive education of children with disabilities should be implemented and supported in a converged system.
