In the modern funeral service culture, hospitality services are an indispensable part. Using the Likert 5-point scale, the survey was distributed and recovered by visiting the hospital and specialty funeral halls in person over a 42-day period from June 19, 2019 to July 30, 2019. It was recovered 296 portions of the questionnaire 301 parts, the final analysis of the questionnaire of 289 parts, except for the non-insincere response questionnaire 7 portions found. The collected survey data utilizing the SPSS 25.0 statistical package program to perform the demographic analysis, the reliability and feasibility between the metrics were carried out factor analysis, in order to determine the correlation between the measurement variables, and in order to verify the relationship of independent variables, dependent variables multi-regression analysis was carried out. Analysis and verification of surveys showed that the education of hospitality workers in funeral services affected job skills, job skills affected services, and education affected services. In addition, the results of the funeral services have been verified that the education of hospitality workers affects the value of the work, and the service has been shown to affect the value of the work. On the other hand, the hypothesis that the job skills of hospitality workers in funeral services affects the value of work has been dismissed. Based on the results of this study, it presented research implications and future research direction.
