The growth of the economy and technical advancements have brought about significant changes in our environment. We have now entered the period of the experience economy after experiencing the product economy and the service economy. Purchasing experiences has become a trend since the "experience economy" emerged. People are putting more emphasis on the experiential elements of drinking since distinctive drinking occasions can leave consumers with wonderful memories. Pop-up stores are a modern marketing strategy used in western nations. In contrast to conventional retail establishments, the pop-up store's layout includes a number of contemporary and cutting-edge design aspects. In order to boost brand competitiveness, they also depart from conventional retail procedures by emphasizing a client-centric strategy and placing tremendous emphasis on generating delightful consumer experiences. Companies are starting to take notice of the pop-up store's distinctive appeal because they think that this novel marketing strategy could draw in more customers and even assist to offset the present fall in retail sales. Future marketing tactics that can provide customers with distinctive and novel experiences will surely stand out. This study explores the concepts, dimensions, measures, and effects of the consumer's pop-up store experience, brand equity, brand charisma, and verbal intent based on a thorough analysis of national and international magazine articles. Using Schmitt's strategic experience modules, this study creates aspects of the pop-up store experience from the viewpoint of the consumer. On the basis of earlier studies on brand equity, brand charisma, and Word-of-mouth intent, a research model was created using the Aaker brand equity model. The impacts and relationships between the variables are investigated using a quantitative approach. On the study data, frequency analyses, reliability analyses, feasibility analyses, correlation analyses, regression analyses, and a multimedia variable test analysis were all carried out using the analysis program SPSS 25 and Amos. A questionnaire was used to gather the information. After examining the hypothesis results, the majority of the untested hypotheses seem to be related to independent variables and brand equity. This shows that there is not a large association between aspects of the pop-up store experience and brand equity, incontrast to previous studies. On the other hand, the presence of brand equity has a direct impact on brand charisma, which in turn has a direct impact on consumers' intention to spread the word about the brand. This study closes a knowledge gap in Word-of-mouth marketing for pop-up stores. It presents a fresh theoretical and empirical research paradigm for studying Word-of-mouth and pop-up marketing for the academic community. In-depth research of the mechanisms and routes of brand influence is provided in this study, which also looks at the mediating effect of brand charisma between verbal intent and the pop-up store experience. This advances our knowledge of brand charisma and its use in science. Additionally, it has managerial ramifications for businesses looking to effectively promote their brands through transient in-store experiences as well as for brands that need to change with the times to meet shifting consumer needs.
