The total polyphenol content and total flavonoid content of the Pulp, Peel, Whole (Pulp + Peel) area were measured, and the antimicrobial activity against five types of fungi (Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, Cutibacterium acnes) was measured. 1. The polyphenol content in Citrus nippokoreana and Citrus sunki was the highest in the Whole (Pulp + Peel) treatment group and the Peel treatment group. The polyphenol content in the Citrus aurantium was the highest in the Pulp treatment group. 2. Flavonoid content in Citrus nippokoreana showed the highest in the Whole (Pulp + Peel) treatment group, while similar flavonoid content was shown in the Pulp and Peel treatment group. The Citrus sunki treatment group showed the highest flavonoid content in the whole (Pulp + Peel) treatment group, and this flavonoid content showed a similar trend in Citrus aurantium. 3. Staphylococcus aureus antimicrobial activity of Citrus nippokoreana showed the best in the 30㎕ and 40㎕ treatment groups, and these results showed a similar trend of good antimicrobial activity in Staphylococcus epidermidis. The antimicrobial activity in the Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa treatment groups showed good antimicrobial activity in the 40㎕ treatment groups. The antimicrobial activity of Cutibacterium acnes showed antimicrobial activity in the 40㎕ treatment groups, but generally the antimicrobial activity in the Cutibacterium acnes treatment groups tended to be low 4. The antioxidant activity of Citrus nippokoreana, Citrus sunki, and Citrus aurantium was good in the order of Whole(Pulp + Peel) > Peel > Pulp in Citrus nippokoreana, and antioxidant activity in the order of Peel > Whole(Pulp + Peel) > Pulp in Citrus sunki. In the Citrus aurantium, antioxidant activity was shown in the order of Pulp > Peel > Whole(Pulp + Peel).
