우리나라 40세 이상 성인 여성을 대상으로 체질량지수 외에 대사증후군 동반 여부에 따라 비만도를 세분화하였는데 세분화된그룹에 따라 영양소 섭취의 차이가 있는지 살펴본 결과는? | 1) 전체 대상자 중 대사증후군이 동반되지 않은 비비만군은 47.6%, 대사증후군이 동반된 비비만군은 13.6%, 대사 증후군이 동반되지 않은 비만군은 16.6%, 대사증후군이 동반된 비만군은 22.2%였다. 비만인 중 대사증후군이 동반되지 않은 비만군은 42.8%, 대사증후군이 동반된 비만군은 57.2%였다. 2) 체질량지수에 의한 비만 분류와 대사증후군 동반 여부에 따른 분류의 일치도를 평가한 결과, 전반적으로 일치도가 낮았으며 중년에 비해 노인에서 일치도가 더욱 낮았다. 3) 61세 이상 대상자에서, 대사증후군이 동반되지 않은 비만군은 대사증후군이 동반되지 않은 비비만군, 대사증후군이 동반된 비비만군, 대사증후군이 동반된 비만군에 비해 탄수화물 섭취 비율은 낮고, 단백질, 지방의 섭취 비율은 유의적으로 높았다. 4) 61세 이상 대상자에서, 대사증후군이 동반되지 않은 비만군은 대사증후군이 동반되지 않은 비비만군, 대사증후군이 동반된 비비만군, 대사증후군이 동반된 비만군에 비해 리보플라빈 섭취량이 많았고, 대사증후군이 동반되지 않은 비비만군, 대사증후군이 동반된 비비만군에 비해 인, 비타민 A, 카로틴, 나이아신 섭취량이 많았으며, 대사증후군이 동반되지 않은 비비만군에 비해 칼슘, 티아민 섭취량이 많았다. 5) 40~60세 대상자에서는 비만도 및 대사증후군 유무에 따른 4군 간 영양소섭취량의 유의적인 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. |
