북한이탈주민의 건강상태와 6개 영역의 건강행위를 살펴본 연구의 제한점은 무엇인가? | 남한 사회의 새로운 취약계층인 북한이탈주민의 건강상태와 6개 영역의 건강행위를 살펴본 첫 연구였다는 큰 의의에도 불구하고 본 연구는 몇 가지 제한점을 가지고 있다. 첫째, 본 연구는 비확률적 임의표집방법을 이용하여 경남 지역 북한이탈주민 96명을 대상으로 하였기에 본 연구결과를 남한의 모든 북한이탈주민에게 일반화하기에 부족하다. 둘째, 간호학분야에서 연구결과의 정당성을 확보하기위한 검정력이 일반적으로 80%인데 비해서 본 연구의 검정력 75%로 약간 낮은 편이다. 낮은 검정력은 연구결과의 타당성과 관련되어 있으므로 후속연구에서 80% 이상의 검정력분석으로 표본크기를 설정할 필요가 있으며, 충분한 수의 대상자를 대상으로 한 반복연구가 필요하다. 셋째, 본 연구를 위해서 1시간동안 설문조사 훈련을 연구보조원 1인과 방문간호사 1인에게 제공했다고 하더라도, 측정자간 신뢰도 검증이 이뤄지지 않았기에 측정오차가 발생할 가능성이 있다. | |
