생균제란? 생균제(Probiotic)는 살아있는 미생물로서 적절한 양으로 투여되었을 때 장내의 미생물균형을 조절하여 성장뿐만 아니라 면역반응에도 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 보고되었다(Yeo and Liong, 2009; Lauzon et al., 2010).
