대사증후군에 영향을 주는 생활습관 요인은 어떤 것들이 있는가? | 대사증후군은 복합 요인에 의해 발병하는 질환으로 뚜렷한 기전이 아직 보고되지 않고 있지만 크게 식사요인을 포함한 생활습관이 주요한 요인인 것으로 보고되고 있다.9)식사 요인으로는 과일, 채소류, 유제품의 높은 섭취가 대사증후군 위험을 낮춘다고 보고되었고,10-12)식습관 요인으로는 아침 결식, 잦은 간식, 빠른 식사 속도 등이 과체중 및 비만의 유병률, 식후 혈당, 혈압, 대사증후군의 발병 위험률을 증가시킨다고 보고되었다.13-15)또한 부모와 자녀가 공유하는 가족 식환경 요인도 최근 관심을 받고 있다. 가족 간의 식생활 관련성 연구로는, Kim 의 연구에서 어머니의 칼슘, 리보플라빈, 비타민 C의 섭취가 높을수록 자녀의 칼슘 섭취도 높았음을 보고하였고,16) Jung 의 연구도 부모가 해조류, 생선류, 튀김류를 자주 섭취하는 경우 자녀도 자주 섭취한다고 보고하였다. |
