콜라비의 효능은? | 콜라비의 효능으로는 소염, 냉증, 신경통, 요통, 어깨 결림에 특효라고 민간에 전해지고 있지만 과학적 근거가 밝혀진 것은 아니다. 콜라비는 항암효과가 우수한 물질로 알려진 glucosinolates (4,7)와 anthocyanin, carotenoid 등을 풍부하게 함유하며(8), in vitro 연구에서 항돌연변이 작용도 있는 것으로 보고(9,10)되었으나, 생리활성에 관한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. |
