기기분석 방법의 장점은? | 현재 휘발성 성분의 분석은 주관적인 방법인 관능검사법과 GC/MS 등에 의한 기기분석 방법이 있으며 그 중 기기분석 방법은 향에 관여하는 여러 성분의 종류와 농도를 밝힐수 있어 화학적으로 의미 있는 절대값을 얻을 수 있으며 관능검사법에 비하여 주위환경에 영향을 받지 않는 장점이 있다(3). 휘발성 향기성분을 분석하기 위한 향기성분의 포집방법으로 simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE)법, liquid liquid continous extraction (LLCE) 및 solid-phase microextraction (SPME)법 등이 있으며 이를 이용하여 휘발성 성분을 포집한 다음 GC/MS를 이용하여 분석을 한다(2). |
