직무만족이란? | 직무만족이란 개인의 직무와 직무경험에 대한 평가의 결과로 인해 즐겁거나 긍정적인 정서적 상태이다(Locke, 1976). 본 연구에서는 Stamp, Piedmont, Slavitt 과 Hasse (1978)가 의사, 간호사, 보건인력의 직무만족을 측정하기 위하여 48문항으로 개발한 도구를 Park과 Yun (1992)이 번역, 수정한 것으로, 총 41문항의 Likert 5점 척도이며, 점수가 높을수록 직무만족 정도가 높음을 의미한다. |
