에코부머의 안정적 사회정착을 유도해야 하는 이유는 무엇인가요? 결국 사회초년생인 에코부머가 경험하는 고용불안과 빈곤은 그들의 전 생애뿐만이 아닌 미래 사회에까지 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 에코부머의 사회진입이 원만하지 않을 경우 경제적·사회적 성장이 저하될 가능성이 높으며, 고용불안의 장기화는 개인의 생애소득을 감소시켜 나아가 사회 전체의 성장을 약화시킬 수 있다. 따라서 에코부머가 빈곤으로 전락하지 않기 위해서는 현재의 사회적·경제적 여건과 이들의 강점을 분석하여 그들 세대의 특성에 적합한 새로운 일자리 창출 및 일자리 획득의 기회를 마련해 안정적 사회정착을 유도해야 할 것이다.
