대학생 시기적 특징은? 대학생은 초기 성인기에 속하는 시기로 부모로부터 벗어나 미래의 인생을 설계하고 사회에 나아갈 준비를 하는 중요한 때이지만 정체감의 형성뿐만 아니라 사회적, 정치적 인식의 증가, 가족, 친구 및 많은 주변 사람들과의 분리 등 심리적, 사회적으로 급격한 변화가 나타나게 되므로 인생의 변화에 대처해야 할 시기이다[3]. 그러나 우리나라 대학생들은 대학에 들어오면서 일시적으로 중요한 목표를 상실한 기분을 느끼고, 다양한 사람들과 교류를 해야 하는 것을 큰 부담으로 느낀다[4].
