본 논문에서 수행한, 융복합 시대를 살아가는 간호사의 감정노동, 직무스트레스 및 소진이 신체화 증상에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과는 어떠한가? | 연구대상자는 D대학병원에 근무하는 간호사 총 387명을 대상으로 실시되었고, 연구기간은 2014년 4월 1일부터 4월 30일까지이었다. 간호사의 감정노동은 3.25점, 직무스트레스 3.60점, 소진 3.10점으로 중등도 이상의 점수를 보여주었고, 신체화 증상은 2.18점으로 나타났다. 신체화 증상에 영향을 미치는 일반적인 특성으로는 연령이 낮고, 배우자가 없는 경우, 교육수준이 낮을수록, 근무부서가 외과계와 응급실에 근무하는 경우, 총 임상경력이 낮을수록, 현 부서경력이 낮을수록, 일반간호사인 경우, 월 급여가 작을수록, 3교대 근무인 경우, 간호직에 대한 만족도가 낮을수록 신체화 증상 정도가 높았다. 또한 신체화 증상은 감정노동, 직무스트레스, 소진과 정적인 상관관계를 보여주었다. 신체화 증상을 설명하는 주요 변수는 소진으로 나타났으며, 신체화 증상을 29.6% 설명하였다. 따라서 간호사의 신체화 증상을 예방하고 감소하기 위해서는 소진을 최소화시킬 수 있는 방안이 마련, 적용되어야 할 것이다. | |
