요추 추간판 탈출증 환자의 세 가지 척도 측정은 언제 이루어지는가? 요추 추간판 탈출증 환자의 주소증 중 요통, 하지 방사통의 정도 측정을 위해 숫자등급척도(numeric rating scale, NRS), 요통 장애지수(oswestry low back pain disability index, ODI), 관절 가동범위(range of motion, ROM)의 세 가지 척도를 측정하였다. 측정은 도침치료를 포함한 한방복합치료를 시행하기 전과 치료가 끝난 시점에 시행하였다. 또한 안전성 평가를 위하여 시술 전과 비교하여 부작용을 평가하기로 하였다.
