한방에서 골절의 치법은 무엇이 있는가? 한방에서 골절은 ≪外臺秘要≫에서 “救急療骨折接合如 故 …”라 하여 골절이란 병명을 처음 사용하였으며, ≪醫宗 金鑑≫, ≪傷科補要≫에서 골절에 대한 연구 체계를 갖추었다 5) . 治法에 관하여 ≪諸病源候論≫, ≪千金要方≫에서는 정복과 고정을, ≪太平惠民和劑局方≫에서는 止痛活血法의 약물요법을 제시하였다 11) . 골절 치료 초기에는 活血化瘀, 消 腫止痛을 목적으로 하고, 중기에는 瘀血, 腫脹이 감소하고, 골절면이 서서히 접합되는 시기로 일반적으로 接骨續斷하는 약물 및 침치료를 한다.
