보건간호사의 역할은 어떻게 구분되어 지는가? 한편 역할이란 사회적인 관계에서 특정한 위치를 차지하는 사람들이 해야 할 것으로 기대되는 행동이나 행위의 범주를 말하는 것으로서 조직 내에서 일, 직무, 업무, 임무 및 기능이라고 표현되기도 한다(Naver corporation, 2014-b). 보건간호사의 역할은 대상자 중심의 역할(직접간호제공자, 교육자, 상담자, 자원의 뢰자, 사례관리자), 서비스전달 중심의 역할(협동자, 연계자) 또는 인구집단중심 역할(사례발견자, 지도자, 변화촉진자, 정책대변자, 사회마켓터 등)로 구분하는가 하면, 직접서비스와 인구집단기반 서비스의 두 차원으로 구분하기도 하고, 개인중심, 인구집단중심, 지역사회중심 및 체계중심의 네 수준으로 구분하기도 한다 (Ahn et al., 2014).
업무란? 업무란 사회생활상의 지위에 기하여 계속 또는 반복하여 행하는 사무를 말하며, 객관적으로 상당한 횟수를 반복하여 행하여지거나 또는 반복하여 계속할 의사로 행하여진 것을 말한다(Naver corporation, 2014-a). 한편 역할이란 사회적인 관계에서 특정한 위치를 차지하는 사람들이 해야 할 것으로 기대되는 행동이나 행위의 범주를 말하는 것으로서 조직 내에서 일, 직무, 업무, 임무 및 기능이라고 표현되기도 한다(Naver corporation, 2014-b).
