간호학생들의 많은 스트레스 요인에는 어떤 것들이 있는가? | 간호학생은 임상실습을 통해 이론적인 지식과 간호술기를 통합하고 적용함으로써 간호사로서의 기본적인 능력을 갖추게 된다(Kang, Kim, Kim, Oh, & Lee, 2015). 대부분의 간호학생은 간호교육에서 임상실습이 필수라는 것을 인지하고 있지만 이론과 실습의 차이로 인한 혼돈, 단순한 간호술기의 반복, 전문지식 부족 및 자신감 결여, 대인관계에서의 경험부족 등으로 많은 스트레스를 경험하고 있다(Wallace, Bourke, Tormoehlen, & Poe-Greskamp, 2015). 이러한 스트레스 외에도 권위적이고 불친절하거나 무례한 의료인의 모습은 이를 직면하는 간호학생에게 여러 가지 신체적인 문제와 불안, 실패감, 긴장, 좌절, 그리고 우울 등의 심리적인 어려움을 안길 수 있다(Babenko-Mould & Laschinger, 2014). | |
