옴니채널이란 무엇인가? | 옴니채널은 ‘모든, 모든 방식’을 뜻하는 접두사 ‘옴니(omni)’와 유통경로를 뜻하는 ‘채널(channel)’이 합쳐진용어로 백화점, 마트, 인터넷, 모바일 등 기업에서 별도로 영업하던 온 ·오프라인매장을유기적으로결합해 소비자가 언제 어디서든 쇼핑을 즐길 수 있도록 하는 쇼핑 체계이다(“옴니채널 쇼핑 [Omni-Channel shopping]”,2015).
