  • ADHD에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 많은 유해환경물질 및 환경요인들이 존재하고 있고 또한 요인과 유전과의 상호작용 및 요인 간의 상호작용 등이 나타나므로 이러한 경우의 수는 더욱 많아질 것이다. 본 연구에서는 ADHD에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 유해환경인자에 대해 선행연구를 중심으로 기술하였다. 그간 선행연구에서 주로 보고하였던 14개의 물질에 대해서 정리하였으나, 그 외에도 여러 가지 환경적 요인이 추가적으로 보고될 것이며 유전적 요인과 환경적 요인이 복합되거나 환경적 요인들 간에 복합되어 있을 것으로 추정된다.
  • 본 연구자는 ADHD에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 여러 가지 환경적인 인자들에 대해서 최근에 연구되어진 결과들을 종합적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 자료는 2016년 8월에 PubMed, Medline, google scholar 인터넷 사이트에서 ‘ADHD’, ‘attention’, ‘hyperactivity’, ‘harmful substance’, ‘heavy metal’, ‘environmental harmful factor’ 등의 검색어를 이용하여 검색하였다.
