Methods: Data were collected through structured questionnaires that included general characteristics, career barrier, satisfaction, career decision making pattern and career search behaviors and were analyzed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression using SPSS/PC+ program. Results: The results of the research suggest the two aspects of career search behaviors as being self-exploration and environmental exploration. The rational pattern, among the types of satisfaction and career decision making pattern, was found to have a meaningful effect on self-expression. On the other hand, dependent pattern, among the satisfaction and career decision making pattern, was found to have an effect on career search patterns. Conclusion: It is considered that, based on the results of this study, diversified approaches that consider individual career decision making patterns such as rational pattern and dependent pattern as well as the methods to enhance the satisfaction of male nursing college students for career guidance are needed.

그러나 아직까지 남자 간호대학생의 진로탐색행동 정도를 파악하고 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 진로에 대한 구체적이고 행위적인 노력인 진로탐색행동에 초점을 맞춰 남자 간호대학생들의 진로장벽, 전공만족도 및 진로의사결정유형이 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다.
대상 데이터
본 연구는 2015년 5월 11일부터 6월 12일까지 G광역시, D광역시 및 J지역 10개 대학교에 재학 중이며 임상실습을 경험한 간호학과 3, 4학년 남자 간호대학생이다. 연구대상자의 수는 G*power 3.
15를 기준으로 하였을 때 최소 119명으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 탈락자를 예상하여 총 200부의 설문지가 배부되었으며, 이 중 자료 활용이 부적절한 5부를 제외한 총 195부를 분석에 이용하였다.
데이터처리
0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계처리 하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성과 진로장벽, 전공만족도, 진로의사결정유형 및 진로탐색행동 정도를 알아 보기 위해 빈도와 백분율, 평균, 표준편차의 기술통계를 사용하였고, 일반적인 특성에 따른 진로장벽, 전공만족도, 진로의사결정유형 및 진로탐색행동에 대한 차이를 검증하기 위해 t-test와 ANOVA, 사후검증은 Scheffe’s test로 분석하였다. 진로장벽, 전공만족도, 진로의사결정유형 및 진로탐색행동과의 상관관계는 Pearson’s Correlation Coefficients를 이용하였고, 대상자의 진로탐색행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해서 Multiple regression으로 분석하였다.

이론/모형
진로의사결정유형은 Harren (1984)이 개발한 진로결정척도에 포함되어 있는 의사결정유형검사를 Koh (1992)가 번안한 도구를 사용하였다. 이 도구는 총 30개 문항, 3개 하위요인(합리적 유형, 직관적 유형, 의존적 유형)으로 이루어졌으며, 각 문항은 Likert 4점 척도로 ‘전혀 그렇지 않다’ 1점에서 ‘아주 그렇다’ 4점으로 구성되었다.
진로장벽 측정도구는 Kim (2005)이 개발한 한국 대학생 진로탐색장애검사(KCBI)를 사용하였다. 이 도구는 총 45개 문항, 9개 하위요인(대인관계의 어려움, 자기명확성 부족, 경제적 어려움, 중요한 타인과의 갈등, 직업정보의 부족, 나이문제, 신체적 열등감, 흥미부족, 미래불안)으로 이루어졌으며, 각 문항은 Likert 4점 척도로 ‘전혀 그렇지 않다’ 1점에서 ‘매우 그렇다’ 4점으로 점수가 높을수록 진로장벽을 많이 지각하고 있는 상태를 의미한다.
진로탐색행동은 Choi (2003)이 개발한 대학생용 진로탐색행동 검사를 사용하였다. 이 검사는 6개월 내에 진로를 선택하거나 결정하기 위해 수행한 행동들을 조사하는 것으로 총 28개 문항, 2개 하위요인(자기탐색 차원, 직업탐색 차원)으로 이루어졌으며, 각 문항은 Likert 5점 척도로 ‘거의 하지 않았다’ 1점에서 ‘매우 많이 하였다’ 5점으로 구성되었다.
성능/효과
본 연구는 남자 간호대학생의 진로장벽, 전공만족도 및 진로의사결정유형이 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 대학생활지도와 진로지도에 도움이 되는 기초자료로 활용하고자 시행되었다. 연구결과에 의하면 진로탐색행동은 5점 만점에 2.75점으로 나타났고, 하부요인별로 자기탐색 차원 2.92점, 직업탐색 차원 2.61점으로 나타났다. 진로장벽은 2.

후속연구
첫째, 본 연구와 선행연구를 종합할 때 의사결정유형은 진로탐색행동을 이해하는데 있어서 중요한 고려대상이 될 수 있으나 진로탐색행동과의 관계에서 연구결과들이 일관성 있게 나타나지 않았기 때문에 앞으로 계속적인 연구가 필요하다. 둘째, 간호대학생의 특성을 고려한 관련 연구도구의 개발이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 진로탐색행동의 도구로 대학생용 진로탐색행동 검사를 사용하였다.
이 연구도구는 Moon과 Lee (2010), Moon과 Kim (2012)의 간호대학생 대상 연구에서도 사용된 바 있지만, 간호학과처럼 전문직으로 정해져 있는 학생들을 위한 별도의 도구가 개발된다면 간호학생들의 진로연구의 신뢰도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 진로장벽 검사 역시 일반 대학생을 대상으로 개발된 검사 도구이므로 남자 간호대학생들이 고민하는 성 고정관념이나 편견에 대한 문항을 보완한 검사도구가 개발될 필요가 있다. 셋째, 본 연구 결과에서 진로탐색행동은 일반적 특성에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았고, 전공만족도와 진로의사결정유형 중 합리적 유형과 의존적 유형이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 설명력이 매우 낮게 나타났다.
