수업 컨설팅의 문제점은 무엇인가? 특히 수업 컨설팅은 교사의 전문성을 향상시키는 중요한 방법으로 교사의 긍정적인 변화에 효과적이고 만족도 또한 높다(Baek, 2010). 하지만 컨설턴트의 전문성 부족, 컨설팅 기준 부재, 교사의 컨설팅 기피와 의지 부족, 많은 시간 필요 등의 문제로 인해 현장 적용에 어려움이 있다(Lee, 2006).
