정서조절 능력 척도는 무엇으로 구성되어 있는가? | 중학생의 정서조절 능력을 측정하기 위해 정서지능 모형(Salovey 1997)을 바탕으로 Moon(1999)이 개발한 청소년용 지능검사 중 Jang(2010)이 사용한 정서조절 능력 척도를 사용하였다. 정서조절 능력 척도는 자기정서조절 능력과 타인 정서조절 능력으로 구성되어 있는데 자기 정서조절 능력은 자신의 긍정적인 기분을 유지하고 지속시키려 하면서 좋지 않은 기분은 감소시키려는 것을 의미하고, 타인의 정서조절 능력은 타인의 감정을 조절하고 바꾸려는 능력과 자신에 대한 타인이 갖게 되는 인상을 조절하고 통제하기 위해서 타인에게 보여주는 행동방식을 조절하는 것을 의미한다. 자기정서조절 능력 8문항, 타인 정서조절 능력 7문항으로 총 15문항으로 구성되어 있으며, 중학생들이 각 문항에 대해 ‘전혀 그렇지 않다(1점)’에서 ‘매우 그렇다(5점)’으로 응답하는 5점 Likert 척도로 점수가 높을수록 정서조절 능력이 높음을 의미한다. |
