병원의 언어폭력에 의한 손실을 막기위한 폭력근절이 필요한 이유는 무엇인가? | 특히 간호사들은 신체적 폭력보다 언어적 폭력에서더 스트레스를 받으며[12] 해결되지 않는 만성적인 스트레스는 간호사에게 신체적, 정신적 고갈상태인 소진을 초래하게 된다[15]. 직장 내 부정적 경험이 반복되는 인간관계는 감성적 고갈로 이어져[11] 직무만족감을 저하시켜[15] 이직이나 사직을 고려하는 계기가 된다[8,9,10,12,16,17,18]. 따라서 병원조직 내 언어폭력은 장기적 측면에서 인적, 재정적 손실을 유발함에 따라 폭력근절을 위한 적극적인 노력이 필요하다. |
