신체활동사회적 지지 강화 방안은? | 한편 Kim 과 Kim[43]는 사회적 지지와 운동태도 및 운동의도의 구조적 관계 연구에서 대학생에게 사회적지지를 통해 운동태도의 긍정적 변화를 도모한다면 운동의도가 향상될 수 있다고 보고하였으므로, 간호대학생의 신체활동을 높이기 위해 신체활동사회적 지지를 강화할 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 구체적으로는 간호대학 교수가 학생들에게 함께 운동을 하고 운동경험을 나누고, 운동에 대한 조언을 해줄 가족이나 친구를 만들거나 스포츠동아리 활동을 격려할 필요가 있겠다. 아울러 환경적 지지를 위해 캠퍼스 내에 운동시설을 배치하는 등의 환경적 개선이 필요하고, 운동시설을 이용하는데 있어 학교당국의 경제적 지원이 필요하겠다. |
