Manor, Giladi, Cohen, Fliss와 Cohen(2007)은 광섬유내시경검사를 실시할 때 티스푼 양에 해당하는 3 mL의 물이 삼킴장애 관찰에 타당하다고 제시하였고, Vaiman(2007)은 삼킴장애를 판별하기 위한 근전도 측정 시 20 mL 물이 타당하다고 제시하였는데, 두 가지 양을 모두 적용할 경우 물의 양에 따른 근활성도의 변화를 통해 보다 정확한 평가가 가능할 것이다. |
