C형 간염은 2017년 6월부터 법정 감염병으로 지정된 후 1년간 신고건수의 누계가 12,000건 이상에 달하여 동일 기간의 A형 간염(3,461건)과 B형 간염(441건)과 비교하여 유병률이 매우 높았다[44]. 노출 후 권장되는 효과적인 감염예방 처치가 없기 때문에 C형 간염바이러스 노출은 가장 큰 문제로 대두될 수 있다. 이에 혈액과 체액 노출 미보고율이 높은 상황에서 혈액과 체액 노출 후 간염의 일반적인 증상인 피로가 지속되는 경우 신속하게 진료를 연계할 수 있도록 직원 교육을 강화할 필요가 있다. |
