대학생들이 정서조절을 할 수 있도록 사전에 교육이 이루어져야 하는 이유는? | 대학생은 성인과 비교했을 때 인지적 정서조절의 형성 정도가 미흡하여 다양한 대인관계 상황에서 인지적 왜곡 현상을 초래하여 부적응적 정서조절전략을 사용할 수 있다[34]. 따라서, 개인의 부적응적 정서조절전략은 지속적으로 정서조절 실패를 일으키며 개인의 정신건강에 부정적인 영향을 미치므로[20], 대인관계 문제가 발생할 때 부적응적 정서조절전략을 인지하고 통제 및 관리할 수 있는 교육이 필요하다. 특히, 대학 신입생을 대상으로 입학 초기부터 부적응적 정서조절전략을 많이 사용하는 학생을 선별하여 효율적으로 정서조절을 할 수 있도록 조기 개입하는 것이 무엇보다 중요할 것이다. |
