본 연구가 섬망의 위험요인과 섬망이 환자결과에 영향을 미치는 인과관계를 파악하여 도출한 결론은 무엇인가? | 본 연구는 중환자실 환자의 섬망을 중재하기 위한 근거자료로 모형을 구축하여 섬망의 위험요인과 섬망이 환자결과에 영향을 미치는 인과관계를 파악하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 중환자실 환자에게 섬망의 위험요인에 대한 적극적인 중재를 제공하여 섬망을 예방하는 것은 환자의 사망, 재원기간 연장, 퇴원시 타기관으로의 전원 등 환자의 결과를 개선시킬 수 있다는 결론을 도출하였다.본 연구는 전자의무기록에 포함된 요인만 선정할 수 있었던 점을 고려하여 섬망을 예방하기 위한 중재를 적용하기 위한 기초자료로서 환경적인 요인과 수면의 질 등을 전자의무기록에 추가하는 방안을 고려하는 것이 필요하다. |
