국내에 CCT 연구가 더 필요한 이유는 무엇인가? | cipirani, E], 국내에서는 뇌졸중[22]과 치매환자[23-25]를 대상으로 CCT가 인지기능과 일상생활수행능력, 기억력 등에서 효과가 있다고 보고한 연구들이 있다. 하지만 치매환자를 대상으로 한 국내의 CCT 연구는 국외에 비해 미비한 실정이며 임상적 연구도 대조군이 없거나 대상자 수가 적어 타당도가 확보되지 않아서[26] 효과를 입증할 수 있는 연구가 더 필요하다. 인지기능은 우울, 일상생활수행능력, 생활만족도에 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문에 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 인지 훈련 프로그램을 적용하여 경도치매 노인의 인지뿐만 아니라 우울, 생활만족도, 일상생활활동에 미치는 효과를 알아봄으로써 CCT 의 학문적, 임상적 효과에 대한 증거를 축적하고자 한다. |
