  • 다만 이러한 요인들의 영향 관계를 밝히고자 하는 연구들은 다양한 접근방법들을 적용하여 왔으나 안전교육과 안전행동 간의 영향관계 분석, 안전인식과 안전행동 간의 영향관계 분석 등과 같이 영향요인들 간의 관계들을 부분적으로 접근하고 분석하는 한계를 가지고 있다고 파악된다. 본 연구에서는 인간의 행동을 설명하는데 적절하다는 평가를 받고 있는 계획된 행동이론 및 계획된 행위이론의 한계점을 보완할 수 있는 사회인지이론을 통합한 모델을 활용하여 안전행동에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 포괄적이고 체계적인 분석을 시도해 보고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 안전행동과 관련한 영향요인 그리고 모델에 대하여 차례로 살펴보자면 다음과 같다.
  • 행위의도에 영향을 미치는 변인들에 사전에 영향을 미치는 환경요인들을 반영하기 어렵다는 한계를 극복하고자 하며 환경요인들 중 중요하다고 판단되는 조직의 안전문화와 교육 그리고 안전행동으로 이어지는 과정에서 영향을 미친다고 예측이 가능한 외부요인을 포함한 종합적인 설명모델을 다음 그림과 같이 구축해보고자 한다.
