로맨티시즘의 기원은? 로맨티시즘은 18세기 인간의 감정을 우위에 두고 절대 이성에 비판하며 완벽한 진리는 없다는 회의감에서 출발한 사조로서 문학을 시작으로 회화, 건축, 조각, 패션에 이르기까지 다양한 예술 분야에 많은 영향을 미쳤다. 본 장에서는 예술 각 분야에 나타난 로맨티시즘 양식의 특징을 분석하고 이를 토대로 예술에 나타난 로맨티시즘의 미적 특성을 추출하고자 한다.
