본 논문은 구동부의 강성을 변화시켜 동적 성능을 향상할 수 있는 로봇 돌고래에 대한 설계와 제작 과정 및 실험 결과를 다루었다, 이에 대한 결과는 무엇인가? | 1) 이러한 원리를 로봇 돌고래에 구현하기 위하여 가변강성 메커니즘을 로봇 돌고래에 맞추어 새롭게 설계하였다. 즉, 로봇 구동부에 가변강성 메커니즘과 왕복운동을 동시에 탑재하기 위한 시스템을 고려하여 설계하였다. 2) 로봇 돌고래 시제품은 절삭공정과 적층공정을 융합하여 제작을 진행하였다. 구동부의 강성이 있는 파트는 절삭공정으로, 실리콘으로 구성된 연성 파트는 주로 적층공정을 활용하였다. 3) 로봇 돌고래의 강성 변화에 따른 동적 성능을 실험한 결과, 같은 구동 주파수에서 로봇 돌고래의 유영 속도의 차이가 약 1.24배, 추력으로는 약 1.5배 변화하는 것을 확인하였다. |
