  • 이렇듯 월경장애는 여성들이 어떠한 생활습관을 가졌는지에 따라 달라질 수 있기 때문에 건강교육과 생활양식 변화 등의 간호중재를 적용할 수 있다는 점에서 여성건강연구자와 실무자들에게 의미 있는 건강이슈이다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라 국민건강보험공단 빅데이터를 활용한 맞춤형 코호트를 구성하여 월경장애를 유발하는 요인들 중 여성의 체질량 지수와 음주, 흡연 및 운동의 생활습관 요인과 월경장애 관련성을 파악하여 간호중재의 근거를 탐색하고자 수행되었다.
