본 연구에서는 부산·경남 지역 대학교에 다니고 있는 재학생 및 졸업생을 대상으로 전산회계교육에서 대학의 학습영향요인이 학습능력과 학습성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구가설 검증은 수집된 자료를 SPSS와 AMOS 25.0을 사용하여 실증분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 학생의 자기효능감이 수업몰입과 수업참여동기에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설은 채택되었으나, 학교의 교육환경과 교수의 교육과정 및 기법은 수업몰입과 수업참여동기에 유의한 영향을 미치지는 못하는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 수업몰입은 수업만족도와 수업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 수업참여동기는 수업성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 수업만족도에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.
